Your adventure day by day
Day 1 — Launch & First Camp
Meet your guides at Morrison's Lodge at 8:30 a.m. Get outfitted with gear, pack into dry bags, and launch into the adventure. Navigate your first rapids through pristine canyon walls and arrive at your riverside camp — already set up and ready to go.
Days 2 & 3 — Heart of the Wilderness
Navigate famous rapids including Tyee and Blossom Bar (Class IV). Explore hidden side hikes, natural waterslides, and crystal-clear swimming holes. Visit the historic Rogue River Ranch and cabin ruins. Enjoy campfire evenings with gourmet meals and stargazing in one of the most remote river canyons in the lower 48.
Day 4 — Final Float & Take-Out
Savor your last morning on the river with a leisurely float, soaking in the canyon scenery. Trip concludes at Foster Bar (~2:00 p.m.), 6 miles upriver from Agness. Free shuttle returns you to Morrison's Lodge by 4:30–5:00 p.m.

What to know before your Rogue River camping trip
We provide 10×10 stand-up tents (one per two guests), cots, inflatable sleeping pads, sleeping bags, camp chairs and tables, lanterns, and a complete kitchen. Your camp is set up before you arrive each afternoon.
You're welcome to bring your favorite sleeping bag. If you'd like us to provide one, just note it on your guest questionnaire. Please skip the big pillow. A small pillow or a pillowcase you can stuff with clothes works best.
The 3-day trip includes 2 nights of riverside camping ($1,345 adult, $1,245 kids 16 & under). The 4-day trip adds a third night and more time for side hikes, swimming holes, and canyon history ($1,595 adult, $1,495 kids 16 & under). Both depart on Fridays, May through August. Prices are plus a 5% federal use fee.

We give you two dry bags when you arrive: a large one for camp and a small day bag for the boat.
No, there's no power source at our riverside camps. If you use a CPAP machine, bring a battery that holds at least 8 hours of charge.
Meals run from lunch on day one through lunch on your last day. Expect things like home-smoked Rogue River salmon, local cheeses, grilled salmon, steaks, marinated pork loin, and chicken, plus ice cream. Vegetarian and gluten-free meals are available. Just tell us on your pre-trip questionnaire.
Yes. We provide sodas, sparkling water, and bottled water, plus coolers with ice in every boat. You're welcome to bring your own beer, wine, or other beverages. Glass wine and liquor bottles are fine, but please bring beer and soda in cans or plastic (no glass beer bottles). We ask that everyone drink in moderation.
Yes. Along with oar boats and paddle boats, we bring inflatable kayaks for guests who want to run rapids on their own with guide support. Boat choices depend on river conditions and ability.
