Why Choose Noah's?

Hi there, my name is Hugh Hague and my wife Alicia and I own Noah’s Wilderness Adventures. Our family has spent the last fifty years gaining the experience that is needed to provide you with the most comfortable and memorable Rogue River rafting or fishing vacation possible.

We are a small family owned and operated business. My Father Noah pursued his passion of Rafting and Fishing in the late 60’s. He started Noah’s World of Water in 1974. His focus was always safety, entertainment and customer service. He built a reputation for training guides, turning them into the most professional, qualified guides around. Your guides are a critical part of your safety and the overall quality of your experience. We continue to work with mature, professional guides today. Our guides do so much more than rowing the boat. They take pride in their knowledge of the Rogue river. They will discuss the history of the Rogue as well as guide you on hikes to several historically significant locations. Alicia and I  also take pride in paying attention to every detail from the time you call, until the conclusion of your time with us.

When you call, you will only talk with me. I will be your only point of contact. I will also be your host on the morning of your departure. I will assist you with getting your personal belongings into dry bags and deliver you to our waiting crew. My wife Alicia and I are actively involved in every aspect of your trip. We shop, prepare and pack every meal that our guides serve you. Food is a big deal for us. We only purchase the highest quality food available. We make your Wilderness dining experience special and it is just one of the many things that sets us apart from our competitors. Please do not hesitate to call or text me at 5412612677 with any questions you might have.

My Dad had a saying “Our experience makes your experience” Let us share our experience with you.

Lodge Trips

The Wild and Scenic Rogue River Canyon offers the only multi day Wilderness Rafting trip in the Lower 48, with access to historic Lodges. Great meals, hot showers and fresh linens await you after each day of playing on the river. Our Rogue River Rafting lodge to lodge trips depart every Tuesday from June – August.

Camp Trips

Enjoy the most comfortable glamping vacation possible. We accomplish that with professional, mature, experienced guides, quality equipment and incredible food.

The Rogue

Because of its unique qualities, the Rogue River Canyon is one of the original “7” rivers in the entire United States given federal protection as a “National Wild and Scenic” waterway under the National River Protection Act of 1968. Thus, whitewater enthusiasts are guaranteed an uncrowded, pristine environment restricted from the encroachment of civilization forevermore.

The charm of this roadless, motorless class II-IV white water adventure is interspersed with tranquil pools, narrow canyons edged by towering cliffs and old growth Douglas Fir Forests,
mixed with a variety of deciduous trees. Our Rogue River Rafting and Fishing adventures offers several side hikes, numerous waterfalls, loads of history and tales and a historic museum in one of the most beautiful, wildlife filled canyons in the lower 48 states. Otter, Beaver, Black Tail Deer, Black Bear, Osprey, King Fisher, Blue and Green Heron, Bald and Golden Eagle, Wild Turkey and a variety of ducks and other wildlife call this place home and are common sightings here.
