Food always tastes better on the river — especially when it’s prepared fresh, riverside, and from scratch. Each evening begins with appetizers like home-smoked Rogue River salmon, gourmet cheeses, salami, and local favorites such as jalapeño jelly with cream cheese.

Dinner menus feature a rotating selection of grilled salmon, steak, pork loin, and marinated chicken, plus vegetarian options like stuffed portobello mushrooms and tofu kabobs.
We also accommodate gluten-free and other dietary needs — every guest receives a pre-trip questionnaire so we can tailor meals to your preferences.

If your trip includes Wilderness Lodge nights, you’ll enjoy incredible home-cooked meals prepared by the welcoming staff at Black Bar and Paradise Lodges, surrounded by breathtaking river views.

As Comfortable as Camping Gets

After a full day on the river, you’ll arrive at a fully prepared camp — complete with shade, refreshments, comfortable chairs, and spacious tents already set up.
We provide everything for your comfort, including cots, sleeping pads, and a cozy dining area where you can unwind and share stories from the day.

Relax by the river, take a short hike, or simply enjoy the peace of the canyon while our team prepares dinner. At Noah’s, camping is effortless — the perfect blend of wilderness and comfort.
